Accepted Payment Methods:
1. Net Banking: We accept payments through net banking. You can conveniently transfer the payment amount directly from your bank account to ours using this secure and efficient method. Please ensure that you provide accurate bank account details during the payment process.
2. UPI Payments: We also accept payments through UPI (Unified Payments Interface). UPI offers a convenient way to make payments using your mobile device. Simply enter our UPI ID during the payment process, and the amount will be transferred instantly. Please ensure that you double-check the UPI ID before initiating the payment.
3. Bank Transfers: Bank transfers are another accepted payment method at Zeus Photography. You can initiate a bank transfer from your account to ours using the provided account details. It may take a few business days for the payment to reflect in our account, depending on the banks involved.
Payment Process:
1. Booking Fee: To confirm your booking with Zeus Photography, we require an initial booking fee. The booking fee amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and is subject to the package and services you choose. This fee is non-refundable and secures your desired date and time for the photography or videography session.
2. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance after deducting the booking fee is to be paid before or on the day of the scheduled session. Failure to make the payment in full may result in the cancellation of the booking. Please ensure that you settle the payment before the session begins to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Receipt and Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully made, we will provide you with a receipt or confirmation via email or any other agreed-upon communication channel. This serves as proof of payment and confirms your booking.
4. Currency: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified or agreed upon in writing.
5. Refunds and Cancellations: The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the remaining balance may be refundable based on the terms and conditions outlined in our cancellation policy.
